Neil Daly, CJF, Farrier, Canada, is an accomplished horseshoer and trimmer, competitive rider, trainer and horse person who jumped on his first pony at the age of 3 and owned his first horse "Bear" at the age of 13. He grew up running the gambit of Western, Pleasure, Equitation, Command and

,the latter of which he competed across the Ontario and Quebec circuit. He competed in the Josey Jr. Worlds in 1996 in Texas and placed 3 top 10 finishes in Quarteramma in 1996.
Neil started shoeing at the age of 13, working on his grandfather's draft horses and slowly took over his own horses.
1998 - he certified with Oklahoma Shoeing school, graduating top of his class in 1998.
2001 - he was introduced to Cytek principles and studied and applied them over the next 6 yrs. This was an important phase in his career as he questioned some of the conventional shoeing methods and old school traditions. He pursued his passion to seek out knowledge and techniques that applied bio-mechanical principals to the hoof to enhance movement and improve hoof health.
2007 - mentored with Dr. Myers' Team and incorporated the roller motion shoe, natural balance shoe and incorporated leading edge technology, applying techniques using balanced trimming protocol. Studied barefoot trimming and booting for therapeutic application. He continues his mentor-ship under Dr. Myers and attends continuing education courses including international clinics and training in England, Scotland, Pennsylvania, New York, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Vermont, Ohio, Virginia, Kentucky, Ontario and Quebec.
2009- Neil became Canada's first certified Nolan Hoof Plate Instructor, trained personally by Mike Nolan, the patent inventor.
Neil's forte lies in his craftsmanship dealing with hoof reconstruction and in-depth knowledge of equine digit anatomy.A registered CJF in Canada, his geography covers the Quebec and Ontario regions.
He teams with Sylvia presenting the hoof dissection/anatomy portion of their hoof balance seminars and clinics taught across Ontario and Quebec.
