testimonial dressage

As a dressage rider, I noticed that my horse was struggling to push forward from behind, and he was always very tense in his frame, and very restricted in his movement. To the touch, he was extremely sore and tense in his lumbar area; all the way up through to his shoulders. He would receive regular massages, however the muscle pain would come right back. We gave Sylvia a call, and immediately she came out to the barn, and took measurements of my horse’s feet, and provided us with an excellent education in hoof mapping and balance. Even before she saw my horse go, she could basically pin-point his sore areas, and the way in which he struggled to move. We had balance x-rays done on all 4 feet by Dr. Myers, and they discovered that my horse had negative palmar angles in both his hind feet. This is what was causing pain and discomfort in my horse’s lumbar area, back and shoulders. Dr. Myers worked with my farrier to remedy the situation, and once my horse had his new shoes on, immediately I could see his back relax. That day when we trotted him out, he was a new horse. The spring in his step had returned. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first, but after seeing the results of my horse, I am a believer! Thank you so much to Sylvia, Dr. Myers, Carlene Myers and Neil Daly!
